Pros

Nice people and good work life balance.

Cons

Leadership (specially Product and Marketing) is totally clueless and changes direction every quarter. They proclaim to be data driven, but does not use data to make any decisions, to the peril of the organization. If you press them hard enough to ask "Why are we doing this", you get a round about answer. The decisions are not based for user benefit but what leadership wants to hear. Company is using Covid as an excuse to cover up for their shoddy management and poor choices.

Generally positive experience in a questionably ran company

Pros

- Good Pay - Fun culture - Enjoyable teammates - Ability to provide input - Management encouraged growth and did the best they could with what executives gave them

Cons

- All company issues are corrected using new technology instead of using typical business strategies, even if it requires a complete pivot in company goals - This resulted in a constant change in company direction/goals which made it very difficult to keep track - Input was not implemented very often - Switching to a hybrid, non commission sales model which negates the good pay

Young Company with Tremendous Opportunities for Growth

- Laid back work environment - New modern office - No formal dress code - Excellent training - Growth opportunities - Solid pay

Cons

No 401 match or student load reimbursement - Seems that these will likely be implemented soon but not currently in place
