      fast paced. work anytime (not just 8 to 5) remote get to have working relationships with customers & agents. my teammates

      Cons

      Way too much work for one person Expected to get a set number of orders completed in a month. working so much overtime to get all the work done. quality of work is not as is could be.

      Varied workload. You have opportunities to break up the day with office tasks, rather than sit on a phone all day. Opportunities given to work on special projects.

      Cons

      Upper management makes questionable decisions. Issues with legal troubles from bad contractor hires. Techs aren't paid nearly well enough. Has a few commission based agents that don't focus on customer
