It's a struggle to not be angry every day here. The ineptitude, the overwork of key players, the dismissal of voices below a certain title threshold, the poor communication, the promised but never realized opportunities, the nepotism, the sexism, the racism, the advancement of idiots, the self congratulatory offering of Grant Circle that just showcases how devastatingly low the pay is. They're putting out testimonials about a grant awarded to a grandmother who used the money to avoid getting her electricity turned off. Did you not connect the dots that your employees are on the verge of homelessness and could maybe benefit from a living wage?

- low pay - very disorganized when it comes to mergers, new product information, cross-department - an internet / voice company that has terrible outage information available to customers - tickets will go unanswered, longest I saw was 4 months and nobody said a thing, at one point I took it upon myself to do it but figured it was a waste of time
