      Pros

      Small growing company that should be bought out be a big cable company. no future here.

      Cons

      Small company with poor leadership that is indecisive and cannot decide which direction they are going. Very poor communication skills, and no leadership what so ever. Welcome statement and process is described as "Drinking thru a water hose"

      Pros

      There's always something to do, you'll never be bored if you don't want to be. Management in non-customer-facing departments is pretty easy-going.

      Cons

      Long hours are normal, and the salary is very low, even for the area. Advancement within the company isn't clear.

      John seems to be a good person

      Cons

      Not sure how to do this. I worked for this company for 4 months. 4 weeks into it I was looking for a new job. The culture is terrible, name calling, insults and belittling is the norm. Extremely toxic.
