Great Part-time / Remote Flexibility

Pros

I took this role so that I could work while providing better support for my family. So far, I'm very happy with the flexibility that it's offered me and really love the team I work with. I get to work independently, but there are always teammates happily willing to answer any questions. My boss is very nice and I love that we aren't overloaded with meetings.

Cons

The hourly pay rate is very low for my current role and (as expected) there are no benefits or PTO. I consider the flexibility to help compensate for the low wage, though it would be nice to earn just a bit more.

Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Upper management is very accessible and down-to-earth. Everyone seems to really enjoy working here. The culture is the best I have ever seen in my 20 year career.

Cons

None that I am aware of at this point.

Culture of caring; opportunities for quick advancement; due to explosive growth, will get opportunities to work on projects that advance the company unlike other organizations; fantastic benefits and 401K plan.

Cons

Due to the fast growth, there are always pressures to redo work that was done in the past to accommodate the increased growth. Processes that worked 6 months ago may not work today due to scaling the growth.
