Pros

Metronet offers decent pay and great benefits to employees.

Cons

Metronet is growing too fast for their own good. Leadership is very hypocritical. One day it’s this way and then without warning it changes drastically. They offered little to zero training that was useful to the position I was in. They claimed to have reworked it so there is hope, but it is peer learning based.

Pros

Really too many to list. You get your own desk, your own computer, your own responsibilities, no micro management. They treat you like adults and expect you to get your work done. Open to working with schedules. I can go on.

Cons

Only con is something they make very clear in the hiring process, it's a growing company in a start-up environment so things can and will change at a rapid pace. You come prepared for that to happen and this is not as dramatic as some people might make it out to be.
