      Pros

      Metronet provides an environment where Associates can challenge themselves with new and interesting things to do, get recognized for those accomplishments, and help serve communities with super fast internet.

      Cons

      The Company is growing so fast with so much to do that at times it can become overwhelming. I have found that if you share your concerns they listen and try to address the items as best they can.

      Pros

      Work life balance is good. Family friendly Flexible in work schedule Good Benefits Work perks... full kitchen, outdoor drill, gazebo, lunch area, vending, Coffee stations. Adequate parking Good Training Friendly team environment approach. Open door policy with Mgmt.

      Cons

      Really none thus far. There is some negativity on here about the company... but I believe most of it pertains to previous management from years past. Metronet has turned that around and weeded out the bad elements.

      Pros

      Work/Family balance is #1 here at MetroNet. I enjoy the people that I have interactions with daily. MetroNet does not make it feel like I am at work, I feel like I am with family.

      Cons

      I can't really come up with any con that is relevant.
