From Sales to management, the employees at MetroNet are wonderful to work with.

Cons

Communication of where they are headed with Technology is not visible. Possible they are not sure or they are just not ready to share.

Pros

colleagues are chill fairly laid back and repetitive they do not ever review calls, so you can do whatever you want and issue whatever credits you feel

Cons

no room for growth mandatorily locked to the department for 12 months before you can apply to others internally MANDATORY OVERTIME mandatory holiday work, WORKED CHRISTMAS DAY TILL 1 AM Angry customers and have to navigate higher ups in order to approve truck rolls even when it's an obvious problem, and if we're slow you may spend up to an hour troubleshooting with floor support with the poor customer waiting for you to correspond with your colleague on Microsoft teams
