Store Level Team members: Many of the team members in the stores have worked there and rotated through the store departments for a long time and are diamonds full of wisdom.

Cons

Retail Support Center does not live up to its name. They need to brush up on food safety and restocking to ensure products are rotated properly rather then throwing products on shelves to adding work to the store level team members to ensure that there isn't excess waste. When reviewing displays look around you there are often customers waiting for you to move. Introduce yourselves to the teams so they know you and so you know them rather then you walking around like the teams do not exist. Nothing makes you feel more supported then when your leader show up and spends the whole time walking around looking through you and you are not even work the time to say "Hey just a heads up my name is ... I just popped in to check on ... and I will be out of your hair. Thank you"
