Pros

Middle- Management = Incompetency and poor Bad NEGATIVE Morale.

Cons

Why can't Metro M. hire cleaner hygiene conscious workers?.... especially in Deli and Produce....Just looking at these shady people ruins one's appetite. Central Market, PCC, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's have CLEANER...SHARPER looking crews....one wonders how Metro M. can sell bananas let alone fried chicken? Amazon Whole Foods and PCC have way better healthy alternatives.

Pros

consistent hours, decent pay, flexible schedule, new CEO (Ron Megahan) who actually cares about customers and workers.

Cons

Poor store management, Corporate Office have a lot of unproductive highly paid managers/directors. Promotion is based on who you know, not your skills. Store managers (several locations) don't invest time to train new employees for success.
