Pros

Fairly relaxed management. Good food, plenty of samples around the store. Customers mostly friendly white people. Bagging groceries can actually be fun if you get into it. You get to outside when helping customers.

Cons

Minimum wage. Customers mostly snobby white people. Smelly garbage machine out back. Often boredom-inducing. Refused to hire me back for winter season. Sometimes it's raining and customers still need help, and they rarely tip (not that they're allowed to).

Pros

Inspired to create programs, never micro managed. Owner likes to discuss options and possibilities and leaves you to make the final decision. He truely coaches and mentors and allows us to make the final choice, even if our choice does not work. He beleives that you can learn more from failing then hitting home runs very time. So you become a better risk taker and learn to look a project from all angles. I've gown so much and have learned so much working here.

Cons

Would love to have more access to owner, but there's just to many of us.
