Pros

Family Orientated Room for growth Opportunity to travel and network Good upper management Friendly Great Regional Managers

Cons

Long hours for management, it's not uncommon to work 12+ hours day. The amount of paper work and data requested can be overwhelming when you consider staffing issues and other task that come with management. The pay could be better considering the amount of hours we work. There are weeks when our fresh out of high school staff members are making more than us due to the amount of hours we worked. If I work 60 hours in a week then I'm making a $16.66 an hour which is what my entry level no experience needed night shift staff makes.
