Pros
It almost feels like you are working for a SaS company. ;) Most of us all derive from some type of job in hospitality and thus we are used to a bit of a stricter view of things. This means we already have the organised aptitude ingrained in our training. and Mews doesnt need to teach us this. What Mews can teach is that work is great and important, but the life you lead outside is just as important. We all need both, but we certainly need a balance.
Cons
You need to know something about technology, otherwise you will be lost. Not to say we aren't sometime anyway. There is just sometimes too much information. Prefer that to there not being enough (or miscommunication) any day.
