Leadership Could do better.

Pros

Free shirts. Wellness checkups are covered. Growing company but you are micromanaged by family members or leaders who only know how to yell at people.

Cons

Health insurance. High deductible for family. You have to pay at least 5,000 first before an individual is covered. Pay increases are not given based on your performance but instead on how much your manager or owner of company likes you.

Good Employer, Not Much Room for Advancement

Pros

It's a nationwide company that is growing exponentially. The company recognizes lots of various monthly awareness things (ex October is Breast Cancer Awareness and they gave out shirts). They give out branded merchandise a lot throughout the year. There are a few company sponsored activities throughout the year. A personal day for every quarter of the year and five days vacation after a year, with ten after the second, and a day extra of vacation every year after that.

Cons

It is family run. There is only so far up you can go before hitting a wall because you're not related. Even without that barrier, there is no room for advancement in several departments. The 401K is the worst for any company I have worked for. The insurance has a very high deductible and is expensive for a single person. (Family's get a great deal.) Very little quality communication inside department and outside departments.
