Pros

Great pay. Choose your own route. You decide what you make by how hard you want to run.

Cons

Insurance isn't that good with a very high deductible. Not enough employees for as fast as they are growing.

Pros

They are very flexible with working around schedules and appointments. Some departments have room for advancement. Great for getting experience.

Cons

Not a whole lot of communication between the department. When complaints are made to HR it takes a long time to be resolved if they do get there.

Pros

The flexible hours are a huge plus since there isn't any vacation days given until you're there for a year.

Cons

Department supervisor is very unprofessional and favors "her friends". If you're not in the "click" then you are treated unfairly. The turnover rate is very high and it's due to the way they treat people.
