The management is beyond racist. John the GM is sleeping with one of the managers at The Colony locations. They DONT care about you.

limited menu employee meals provided CEO is very approachable and worked as a server for the company

Cons

Lots of long term hires who shirk on the side work No communication in kitchen among cooks forcing server to discuss tickets with every line position individually Never worked someplace where so many doubles were the norm-4-5 a week
