Free food (sometimes), tips are okay, work with your schedule (sometimes)

Cons

Favoritism from managers, negative energy throughout the ENTIRE restaurant, don’t stick up for employees, servers constantly trying to outdo each other, managers are very picky and strict, other servers are lazy and love to pick fights as well.
