Great benefits. Lots of opportunities in a variety of work environments.

Cons

Challenging to navigate all the different systems to get your job done and to learn the pertinent HR policies to maximize your career development. More needs to be done to ensure bad managers get the training they need and apply it or are terminated instead of being left in place to create toxic workplaces.
