Business Outlook
Pros
The work environment is pretty laid back and the people are easy to get along with. Everybody works together as a team. The work environment is not competitive. Management is compassionate and in the group where I worked, they were a great encouragement. Interaction with people is also positive at the position I worked in.
Cons
Some of the downsides include the low pay, the fact that there is little room for growth, and the pay cuts and job cuts because of reduction in county funds.
