High hopes when I took this job, thinking that it would be my last, that I would retire here with pension and benefits.

Cons

Horrible place. 20% of the employees do 80% of the work, while the rest of the people are lounging about, taking multiple long cafecito breaks, and some even sleeping on the job (as documented by management with HR). Incredibly unfair workplace where the good and bad employees are treated equally
