High turnover here Management sucks, they don’t respect you so no one else respect you the customers even the other workers around the county. You have to wait just a little over 10 years to get promoted heavy discrimination here. If you ask for help from your superior they tell you that you’re trying to make them work you must ask someone else. There isn’t any established progressive discipline.
