      Pros

      Friendly staff and pretty decent management. A over all plant place to work. A good place to stay your career.

      Cons

      The vacation time is minimal and it is accrued very slowly. Raises are often times frozen during times of a recession housing market.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits, at least, when I was there. I am not so sure now.

      Cons

      Corporate structure is garbage. There is nepotism everywhere and you advance only if you know someone major.

      Secure Position once permanent but limited to progress if you don't fit the culture.

      Cons

      Set steps for salary then you stop once you reach 20 years. No cost of living. Benefits are being cut.
