      Pros

      I worked with a really nice team, communication was good, everyone was competent, I was well-managed - if I hadn't been looking to move into another industry, I'd have been very happy to stay.

      Cons

      The cost of living in Miami is so high that while the pay was fine, it wasn't great in terms of living in the city. There would probably have been opportunities to become full-time at some point, though. Really liked my immediate managers, but wasn't a fan of the mayor (the big boss)!
