The team collaboration/communication alone is a reason to work here as most people generally are looking out for you and want to befriend you in the workplace. But also the fact coupled with benefits, good pay paradigms, work area is beautiful with tones to eat, and getting to do meaningful work.

Cons

Working downtown in any city has its drawbacks because it has its prettiest parts, but also some of its ugliest. I have not met any bad managers but have heard stories of other departments having bad management teams or just mundane workplace enviroments.
