      They talk about change, innovation, think outside the box.....that is not true. They don't know what the word "team" means. Did not like the Culture.

      Pros

      Has a diverse employee base and is located in beautiful downtown Miami. Due to the size of the organization you have a lot of places to transfer to.

      Cons

      The organization is not ethical nor empathic to employees situations. The top management does not value their employees and expect them to work harder while cutting their compenstiaon.
