Pros
Overall it was a decent job, if you keep to yourself and avoid the gossiping groups the day goes fast and the work is decent. You don't take 'work' home with you, it's really easy to leave it at work and come back the next day and continue where you left off. Optional overtime which is nice.
Cons
Repetitive work (which can be a pro for some people). Be prepared for management to be harsh about any minor errors. Depending on the group you are with there can be some really evasive people.
