Pros

I worked as a contractor for the city of Miami. The environment was friendly, fairly productive. They used descent technology for those looking to advance in their careers skills.

Cons

As with many government environments, things were slow and there were some people who barely worked at all. Sadly I've witeness this at more than one governent entity.
