      Pros

      Stipend for graduates, that's nice because few schools are doing this. A great chance to interact with other students and learn some more knowledge.

      Cons

      The money is not that much, not to mention the tax. Work may be tough sometimes because of the aweful handwriting of students

      Pros

      Flexible schedule for students, pays above minimum wage, fun work environment, bonuses every semester, coworker bonding encouraged, opportunities for advancement if you want them

      Cons

      Student managers can get a little bit over confident and will take their newfound sense of "power" out on the regular student workers, which can lead to some animosity between different levels of the staff

      Professors and faculty are very helpful and forthcoming, and I always felt that I was welcome to produce new ideas and ways to grade and teach

      Cons

      Grading is inherently somewhat boring, but it is a great way for a undergrad to make some spending money, especially when they enjoyed a class
