      Pros

      Flexible hours with student schedule, opportunity to become a student manager, higher pay than a desk job as a student aide. Friendly employees.

      Cons

      Can require weekends, customers/peers can be rude.

      Pros

      My staff was very friendly and willing to help out when I needed it. Days as to when I was on duty were flexible and I was able to would around my class and soccer schedule.

      Cons

      Some nights I got very little sleep, but this was due to a few residents who weren't following the rules, and it was a part of the job.

      Pros

      Oxford is a very affordable place to live. The town is pretty small so I can walk to work. They have a pretty extensive bus system.

      Cons

      The undergraduate population is the most entitled group of people I have ever seen. They care way too much about Greek life and partying and the school is too accomodating. The costof insurance is very hih considering our pay.
