Pros

Management is solid and experienced. Good work quality. If you keep busy (work full 40+ hr weeks) the insurance is good.

Cons

If you do not work at the HQ in Irvine or a larger office you are left isolated. Top heavy. Offices hoard their work, no incentive to share work among other offices. I am not sure if they are keeping up with competition in regards to innovation.

Gave me the opportunity to learn about the Oil and Gas industry and engineering functions as well as travel to multiple countries to work on projects.

Cons

Sometimes work can be boring and the same old thing. Working as a technical specialist meant that I had to come up with task to accomplish and many were not on projects.
