Pros
The benefits are pretty decent and the flex hours are fantastic. Extracurrucular activities are also plentiful. Activities such as softball, kickball, soccer, bowling, picnics, and barbecues are great.
Cons
The budget is always being cut and it impairs our ability to do our jobs effectively. The pay is also substandard and raises are insulting. Tuition reimbursement is a joke. It would also help if telecommuting was encouraged more. Traffic in this area is terrible and only a few people are allowed to telecommute. I know I could easily spend at least one day a week working from home.
