Good place to start a career, but not to develop one

Pros

Ability to work on interesting projects with technical experts. Baker is a good place to start a career and gain valuable basic experience. Overall, the benefits are good.

Cons

Management clearly plays favorites, and it's not based on work performance. If you want to get ahead you need to play the game, just being a hard worker and top performer is not enough.
