      Great team, a lot of nice people that are easy to work with.

      Cons

      The work consists of commercial government jobs and can be quite dull. Not much room for creativity, but great if you enjoy being more on the technical side of things.

      Office culture is very high, purposeful family style atmosphere, opportunities to stand out and advance your career, flexible work schedules, mentorship programs, career mapping, and local office leadership. There is a real focus on the staff and people that drive the business. You can generally find anyone in the company for any service you need to support your clients. Truly a full-service consulting firm.

      Cons

      The company is rapidly growing, so corporate requirements can get a little cumbersome, finance team can get in the way more than they help at times, but generally on par with other companies of similar size.
