Fun place to work sometimes, slow pace, okay employee discount, discount at Versace as well. Became very close with coworkers

Cons

Experience widely depends on management; however talking down to employees, misrepresenting policies, and bullying is commonplace among most managers. Passive aggressive behavior and inappropriate behavior from management is common. Capri in general is a very cheap company with insulting “bonuses” and pay. Expect to do a lot outside of your job description.

Reasonable work but uptight management

Pros

The work compared to most general labor jobs isn't so hard. There is some heavy lifting involved but nothing extreme. Equipment is provided which makes things more efficient.

Cons

Their computer systems that power scanners are extremley glitchy, and even so managment will still lecture staff about low production. Very uptight about punctuality, they have a point system in place that adds up for every minute you are late at any point in time. If you accumulate about 10 points or so you are terminated.
