      W. Lake Mead Blvd. management team was very kind and well-organized. Positive work enviornment.

      Cons

      Company as a whole pays low wages and will cut hours to meet profit goals. Worked a skeleton crew often. I heard the Cenntenial center management was worse.

      Pros

      Getting to work in a creative environment is a great plus. I also enjoyed my coworkers and customers since we were passionate about the same things.

      Cons

      It is a retail job so it's not all that glamorous but if you already are ready for that then it's fine. We often were a bit understaffed at registers.
