Great company at the Plant level/HQ is the issue

Pros

People at each of the Plant location, especially supervisors and plant managers...amazing people!

Cons

Novi headquarters; trying to run the three Plant locations from an office 100 miles away. HR director is the only exception, she was extremely fair and made it out to all of the sites.

Not enough product to sell. Back stabbing was a daily norm and management had no clue how to stop it.
