Middle management employs the 'management by fear and intimidation' tactic when dealing with employees. Bullying and verbal abuse is not uncommon, nor is public ridicule. Management is very unprofessional and blatant favoritism is rampant. They are driving good employees out in the hopes of hiring people with less experience for lower wages.

Working there has to be considered a sort term proposition, as the company has had combined loss ratios over 100% for the last four years. Layoffs have demoralized the remaining employees. Many have been reprimanded and written up recently, which is the harbinger of further layoffs and defections. Upper management is held in low regard, as it has done nothing to stem the loss of business or the high loss ratios.
