Friendly staff and bosses Benefits Great Surgeons

Cons

Underpaid with experience Over-worked staff, as well as understaffed (too many patients to doctor/MA ratio) Traveling 30 min lunch, if that and no breaks. Also, be prepared to stay late. Very fast-paced (you have to make phone calls between rooming patients (setting up procedures/taking casts off), and taking doctors orders, or your messages pile up

None at all, they didn't even let you go to the bathroom.

Cons

Everything was horrible, we were forced to do other jobs with no compensation.
