The only process is paid straight and you can take long breaks as much as you want.

Cons

Everything is wrong with this place. Pay is horrible and they work you like a dog.

Pros

Many nice people to work with, friendly atmosphere and they really seem to care about their employees.

Cons

The odor, they can't help that, something to get used to. When I worked there it was only seasonal. I would have like to have been brought on permanently.
