Punch in and Punch out job....Not a friendly/family environment

Pros

Winter months are great...you dont have to do a lot for 3 months and get paid for it. Flexible schedule.

Cons

The main board does anything they want as long as it benefits them, not what benefits the company....to much conflict of interest. The CEO is not friendly. He will not say hello to anyone unless you are important.

Pros

The department I worked for was great. Couldn't ask for better colleagues. They are hard workers, but most times they feel unappreciated.

Cons

The corporate office at Michigan Sugar Company doesn't appreciate the ag staff . The company would be so much better with newer management and better personalities. The only growers that like people in the corporate offices are the board members....other growers and staff have no respect for certain people in the corporate office.
