Pros

Great people and town. Very friendly workplace environment. I loved working here. Faculty and students were welcoming. Community was awesome.

Cons

Very remote location. It was very difficult for my spouse to find a local job and travel was made extremely difficult due to the fact that only 2 flights landed and took off and they could be cancelled due to weather.
