2yThank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. Some of the changes we made to the Service department were to ensure the department can generate income for our technicians. As you know we have an incentive-based environment at Micro Center which allows our associates to earn an added income/commission in conjunction with their salary based on their effort. If you feel you need more training, please get with your management team or the SDM to ensure your get the training you need. Micro Center as a company focuses heavily on training to make sure our associates have the knowledge they need to assist our customers. Working in HR my number one priority are my internal customers, the associates. The company has several steps in place to make sure our associates are taken care of...an open-door policy, a hierarchy in and outside the store, as well as the HR team.
