As technology continues to evolve at a rapid pace we continue to partner with our vendors to ensure our associates have the latest and greatest training in the industry. Allowing our associates to have all the information to ensure that they can answer the customer's questions allowing them to make decisions that provide the best solution. At Micro Center, we create monthly training plans for associates, last month we offered 15,092 classes and our associates completed 14,956, which equates to a 99.1% completion rate. Micro Center is a commissioned sales model offering an unlimited earning potential, the average Sales Associate makes 25.79 an hour company-wide. Pros

Encouraging warehouse supervisor, awesome teammates

Cons

Management is piss-poor and out of touch with the team, many stories about sexual harassment and abuse of power, failure to abide by safety laws, lack of appreciation for workers who "pick up the slack". Low wages, no reimbursement or benefits for working the holidays as workload increases only warehouse receives low pay.
