Pros

Commission based with a 4 dollar hourly for most roles. Good money available if you are good at talking to customers

Cons

Your managers will be horrible at communication not only with you but also with each other. You'll have different takes on policies from different managers. Zero schedule flexibility

Micro Center is a commissioned sales model offering an unlimited earning potential, the average Sales Associate makes 25.79 an hour company-wide. The System Department averages 33.53 an hour company-wide. I am glad your customer interactions are leading to commissioned sales. If you feel that the communication is inconsistent or have concerns, Micro Center has an Open Door Policy, each store has a poster explaining the Open Door process with the necessary contact information for associates to reach out for assistance.
