Very competitive pay, and benefits for a young working person. great opportunity for movement and advancement. Lastly, the community and coworkers at microcenter are very supportive and inclusive of many different cultures, and backgrounds.

Cons

Long hours, and retail work of course.

Employee Purchase benefits are good, Benefits are ok, people are hard working and dedicated and knowledgeable.

Cons

Horrible Ticketing System - ASTEA sucks! Micro Managed by Managers, Pays below Market Average $15.00 / hr + Sales Commission. People who work this position will leave for greener pastures. Helping Retail Customers is not a thankful job and Onboarding and Training is horrible.
