Schedule can be inconsistent. Working late days and early days in the same week. Have to work weekends.

Pros

* Great coworkers * Opportunity to boost pay through sales as a cashier * Opportunity to grow through FEL, SALES, or SERVICE * It's probably the best retail experience you can obtain * You have a more consistent pay than the other departments

Cons

* Need to meet multitudes of statistics * It's still retail * There are multiple levels of people who can tell you what to do, it's inconsistent sometimes. * Performance-based work, so if you're bad, you'll receive less hours and reduced chances at joining other departments.
