As a long-term associate, I am excited that you continue to rate as a 5 Star employer. Micro Center puts a lot of resources into training and developing our associates. There is nothing better than promoting individuals who had the drive and energy to grow their careers. It is truly life-changing for the associate and beneficial to our company. There have been changes in the retail landscape and through our company initiatives we have been able to navigate the tough retail environment and continue to grow. We really appreciate your team delivering on those initiatives. Micro Center is a big box and high-volume retailer, our buildings do get a lot of wear and tear which can make them look dated.
