-Fun atmosphere -Fantastic employee discounts -Flexible hours -Great handling of the COVID-19 pandmemic (as of 12/8/2020) -Understanding managers -Good benefits -Great pay, even greater for those willing to work hard for their protection plan sales. This job has been fantastic so far and I cannot wait to see where this career takes me!

Cons

-Heavy emphasis on personal information capture per customer, even on small item purchases (although you learn to ask for it in such a way that you are more likely to get the information) -Training wasn't entirely fit for the updated procedures for the pandemic (had to learn RTVs and other policies from hands on learning, however again, not too difficult)
