Every day is different, lots of unique challenges. Commissioned pay for most employees that is fair and rewards high effort. Lots of opportunities for advancement, encouraged by management and other employees. Very kind and knowledgeable coworkers.

Essentially providing a lot of level 1 technical support to day to day people. The people who come in are either looking for technical help or are technical enthusiast.

Cons

Still working retail, thus comes with all the negatives of retail.
