Fun management and fun coworkers. Managers are extremely lenient and helpful.

Cons

The one real Con is the fact that you have to dress formally. But this was only hard in the first couple weeks, and I go quickly used to it.

There are great discounts received as part of compensation, you have access to training and industry events, always up-to-date on trends with tech

Cons

Schedule can be difficult for some as it can vary drastically, you must work most holidays, largely commissioned based so sales are based on store business.
